Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your delivery will usually be sent on next day delivery. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK mainland.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Outer Hebrides, and Shetland may incur additional charges and delivery delays, but we know you are probably aware of this!

Is it damaged or faulty? Or did someone have a batty moment, and sent you a beach towel instead of a bread bin, just phone us on 01872 553229 or email us at sales@churchtownarts.co.uk to arrange a return and replacement ASAP.

DOESN'T TICKLE YOUR FANCY?

Larger/smaller than you thought ......bought a scarf and the colour makes you look ill....someone bought an identical gift, and they hated it anyway......the cat left home so doesn't need a bowl anymore ....etc.

If the product is fine, but not for you, we will give you a refund, providing the item is returned within 14 days, is fully resalable, in its original packaging, and you still have the original receipt.

Please send us an email to sales@churchtownarts.co.uk and put a note in the parcel letting us know why you are sending it back, making the whole process easy and quick.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings or body jewellery.
